NON HO TEMPO PER SCRIVERE DI PIù. qualcun altro, via quella casa-SPAM! che è Layered Tech, invece si diverte a riempirmi Akismet di commenti SPAM!… che riempia pure. Ho giga e giga e giga e giga e giga (e giga) di spazio email. Ne ho così tanto che posso darlo agli altri. Ed è Made in Google.

In più: hosting vuol dire sito. il posto dove metti il tuo sito, è la gente a cui, solitamente, versi qualche euro per ospitare le tue paginette. Se ti interessa, qui s’usa:

Tophost (il tuo sito per un anno intero a meno di dieci euro)
Namecheap (registrazione www.tuonome.com,org,net,us,in etc)

This activity, apparently conducted by or on behalf of a Layered Technologies client or clients would appear to violate specific provisions of the Texas Penal Code; specifically �33.02, “Breach of Computer Security” -

A person commits an offense if the person knowingly accesses a computer, computer network, or computer system without the effective consent of the owner.

Since I have informed Layered Technologies that their client is no longer authorized to engage in this activity, at least as far as targeting systems operated at my expense, I consider that a pretty solid basis to establish a lack of “effective consent.”
